In one of the sensational offers ever launched by any telecom operators, State-owned telecom company BSNL has released an exciting internet package which would leave customers stunned. BSNL will be offering 20 GB 3G data for only Rs 50. But that’s not it, this 20 GB can be shared among 4 users all over India. With this plan, BSNL is planning to attract more new subscribers to their system.
To start with, the user need not take a full-fledged connection to avail this offer. And, BSNL users can share the 20 GB data with 4 other BSNL users residing anywhere across the nation. To avail the benefits of the scheme, BSNL users need to log onto BSNL mobile safe care portal and fill in his personal details. In the online form, one would be asked to specify the four numbers who would share the internet data with him – this is optional.
This special BSNL offer is being subsidized by Government of India, and is part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Digital India, and the sole purpose is to enable every section of the society with high-speed Internet at affordable prices. The lucrative package offered by BSNL has created quite a buzz among mobile data users. Right now, 1 GB of 3G data is being sold for Rs 160-250 by various telecom service providers; but BSNL is now providing 20 times that data at one-fourth of the price.
With this extraordinarily cheap internet package, BSNL is likely to give competition to private players who have snatched a major share of the telecom market.
