Balasore : Even though the nation is witnessing huge public outcry over the rape and murder of eight-year-old Asifa Bano in Kathua, yet another incident of rape of a 4-year-old in Nilagiri has now sent shock waves across Odisha.
According to reports, the minor girl was allegedly raped and tortured by her neighbor. The gruesome incident was reported from Baunsabania panchayat and the minor girl was raped after being lured with some chocolates.
She has been admitted to a hospital in critical condition as her private parts have been mutilated. The victim’s family has lodged a police complaint in connection with the incident.
