The Odisha BJP riding on a perceived ‘Modi wave’, has decided to launch a three -tier campaign to woo the voters and ensure victory of the party candidates in the coming elections. The three-tier campaign will consist of Central leaders, state leaders and film actors, who will campaign extensively across the state and beat the scorching sun to reach out to the voters, said Arun Singh, the newly appointed in-charge of the ste unit of the BJP at a press conference here.
